Cheerleading is one of the toughest sports. Yet many other people tend to disagree. Cheerleaders practice 2-3 hours a day, run and excersise, do sit-ups and push-ups, stretch till they cry, jump, kick, get hurt, hold people up, make human pyramids BUT people still say it's not a sport. Just because we hold pom poms and wear a skirt doesn't mean it isn't a sport. Enjoy (:
